Wish I could give ratings in minus, please don't order from them! They've delivered after birthday is over! I've ordered Butterfly box before 20 days of birthday and they didn't delivered on time and the service was so pathetic, they stopped receiving my calls and didn't give proper answer to me! Also, their chart of "tracking order" is so fucking confusing and by mistake they've delivered my order to kolkata instead of ahmedabad! I will never ever order again from their site!
Very very disappointing
Was very disappointed with the whole experience. Had ordered the traditional miniature box. One decorative piece Had fallen down. One of the lanterns was bent. There was no way I could open and correct it. And also the delivery date was not stuck to. Which left me with no time to get the piece repaired or exchanged. I had also paid for express delivery, but did not receive the order early at all. Also, their Helpline are very delayed with replying to messages, even on calls and also on WhatsApp chat. And no one takes matters seriously. Very slack in replying and they never get back. I had also ordered a calendar and repeatedly put in request while placing the order, also separately on mail and on message regarding the dates of the calendar. Still, the wrong dates calendar was sent to me. And I had to follow up repeatedly to get them to send a new product. Will never order with Prink again. They really need to pull up their socks in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction.
