Unwrap the ribbon and open the butterfly box using the steel knob a the top. Please ensure that butterflies are placed in a flat surface.
Yes, the butterflies fly out once the butterfly box is opened. However, we recommend following our instruction card to wind the butterflies before opening for the best experience.
Yes, the butterfly box can be customized with a theme at the center (for example, anniversary, birthday, etc.) and chocolates, pictures or both.
Yes, chocolates are available as an add-on option.

Yes, the butterflies can be re-wound and placed in the designated locations as mentioned in the instruction card present inside the butterfly box.
Yes, we have butterflies in multiple colours. However, based on the stock availabilty at the time of order placement, we choose the best combination of colours to provide you with a colourful experience.

Yes, only purchase of butterflies is possible in bulk quantities. Please check with the customer support for more information.
The number of butterflies in the butterfly box are pre-set based on the box pressure, average opening speed of user and elasticity of butterflies. Hence, we suggest to stick to the recommended number of butterflies in the box.
